Privacy policy

Jizzaah is an offline Apple TV game. Verilob does not collect personal data through the game. This policy also explains website visits and support enquiries.

Who is responsible?

Verilob GmbH is responsible for personal data it receives through this website and support. For privacy enquiries, email info@verilob.com.

Playing the game

The board, moves and scores are processed on your Apple TV during play. The app does not transmit them to Verilob or operate a gameplay server. It has no account registration, online multiplayer, cloud sync or player profiles. The current implementation keeps the game in memory; it does not save a game or score history between launches. Restarting clears the board and resets the scores.

No advertising or tracking

Jizzaah includes no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking SDKs. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone or photos. It does not authenticate a Game Center player or submit scores or achievements to Game Center.

Apple services and diagnostics

Apple handles App Store downloads and purchases under its own terms. Apple may process device and crash diagnostics according to your system settings. The app has no separate crash-reporting service. Development builds can print game-state and score information locally for debugging; those messages are disabled in Release builds. See Apple’s privacy information for Apple’s processing.

Support enquiries

If you email us, we process your email address, message and any attachments to respond to your request. Send only what is needed and remove private information from screenshots or logs. We retain correspondence as long as needed to resolve and document your request or meet legal duties.

This website

These Jizzaah pages serve styles and images locally and use no analytics, tracking cookies, browser storage or third-party embeds. Our hosting infrastructure receives your IP address, requested URL and browser/connection information to deliver and secure the site. The website is hosted on a Hetzner server. Hosting and email providers may process data for us. Website and security logs are retained for operation and protection, then removed when no longer needed. Contact us for the current log-retention configuration. External links involve their respective providers.

Purposes and legal bases

Where Verilob processes personal data, the purposes and legal bases are providing requested services or pre-contractual support (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), answering other enquiries and securing website operation (Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interests), and meeting legal duties (Article 6(1)(c)). Where consent is required, the basis is Article 6(1)(a); consent may be withdrawn for the future.

Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact info@verilob.com. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA). Verilob does not use the data described here for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
